Build the design here and choose Copy Signature. In Gmail, open Settings, select See all settings, find Signature under General, create a signature, and paste the result. Set defaults, save changes, and send yourself a test message. See Google's current Gmail signature instructions.
In new Outlook, open Settings, then Accounts and Signatures; classic Outlook uses Signature and Signatures from a new message. Paste the copied design, choose message defaults, save, and test images and links. Microsoft documents the current options in its Outlook signature guide.
On a Mac, open Mail, choose Settings and Signatures, add a signature to the intended account, and paste the copied design. Disable automatic font matching if it changes the layout, then verify a real sent message. Apple explains the available controls in Mail Signatures settings.
